The Salm Palace was constructed between 1828 and 1832 in the classical architectural style and is situated in Vienna's third district. Privately owned, it has been subdivided into apartment units and recently underwent renovation. This building is designated as a protected monument, which often introduces additional challenges in renovation planning. By collaborating with specialists and authorities, we have managed to preserve and restore the original historic floors and ceilings, all while seamlessly incorporating modern elements.
